Dedicated to sustainable development, green and smart cities and sustainable mobility, the three-day EcoFest 2021 returns dynamically to highlight the green side of life. Young and old visitors will have the opportunity to take part in more than 20 experiential activities, to admire original exhibits and award-winning research innovations, to be informed and to raise environmental awareness in the most fun way.
Ambassadors of this year’s event are the well-known and beloved Panagiotis Giannakis, Antigoni Vintiadis, Stavros Tsombanidis, Dora Makrigianni and George Tsoulis, who actively support the protection of the environment and sustainable development.
A few words about the Ambassadors of EcoFest 2021:
Panagiotis Giannakis: The multi-faceted athlete and international basketball coach! He has twice won the Pan-European Basketball Championship, the first as a player, the second as the coach of the National Team. As an important ambassador of sports, it supports the protection of the environment and sustainability, as sports promote the harmonization of man with his body and the natural environment.
Antigoni Vintiadis: Founder of Andydote Fashion Fair, the first trade show of Greek artists. As the future of fashion is its sustainability and the shift to ecological ways of producing clothes and accessories, Antigone will be with us as a representative of slow and ethical fashion and will present us with an impressive catwalk based on sustainable fashion!
Stavros Tsombanidis: Stavros Tsombanidis, one of the founders of the start-up company “PHEE” is one of the most ferocious young people, representing the modern face of Greece.
