ENERGY CERTIFICATES

Our company undertakes the issuance of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which is a necessary condition for the sale, lease, total renovation of a building or part of a building, as well as its inclusion in the Save-Autonomous Program.

The validity period of the EPC is 10 years without the need for renewal, except in the case of a complete renovation of the building before the end of the decade.

The EPC is issued by a certified Energy Inspector, registered in the relevant register of the Ministry of Environment, and is the obligation of the property owner to proceed with the issuance process, in case he wants to rent or sell his property.
